Technology education is more than just a subject—it’s a vital tool for helping students become life-ready. Throughout his tenure as President of the Chautauqua County Technology Educators' Association, Reggie has had the privilege of working with talented local teachers to organize STEM Wars. Seeing students' hard work culminate in such an energetic day of competition is the ultimate reward.
He joined colleagues in Utica on March 18th for the NYSTEEA annual conference, where he accepted this well-deserved award and continued engaging in professional development to bring back to our district.
Congratulations on this incredible achievement! #ValleyProud

As a special thank you for all the hard work and service they’ve dedicated to our school and community this year, students were treated to a movie, popcorn 🍿, and a refreshing beverage.
We’re so proud of their commitment to making a difference—well deserved! 👏

The High School Science Club had an exciting and hands-on March meeting this past Thursday! They were thrilled to welcome our very own biology teacher, Mrs. Schrantz, as a guest speaker.
Students dove into the fascinating world of micropipettes—precision tools used to measure and transfer tiny amounts of liquid with incredible accuracy. Mrs. Schrantz shared how this skill is essential in fields like forensics, molecular biology, genetics, and even crime scene investigations and paternity testing!
To put their new knowledge to the test, each student designed their own creative experiment and practiced their micropipetting skills. It was a fun and engaging way to explore real-world science in action!

Our Meat and Food Science class got to enjoy the fruits of their labor on Friday—and it was delicious! 😄
After braving the winter weather to tap trees, collect sap, and carefully boil it down, students finally tasted the maple syrup they made from scratch. To celebrate, they enjoyed a well-earned breakfast featuring their very own homemade syrup!
From tree to table, this hands-on experience was the perfect blend of science, patience, and a little bit of sweetness. 🍯✨ Nothing beats seeing (and tasting!) hard work pay off!
