Mrs. Blair's class is 100 days smarter! They made 100th Day trail mix by counting out 10 of each item and counting by 10's to 100!
On the 100th day of school, Ms. Brautigam’s class joined in the primary parade, searched the room for 100 Hershey kisses, made necklaces with 100 pieces of cereal, made a delicious 100th day of school trail mix, and completed a puzzle with 100 pieces!
Prior to the February 14 Board of Education meeting, Mrs. Askin's class made a delicious dinner for the Board members and Administration, including soup, salad, meatball sliders,, homemade chips, and strawberry blush punch. The food was delicious, and the chocolate covered cherry cheesecake for dessert was the biggest hit! Thank you, class, for all your hard work! It was all very much appreciated!

As part of Spirit Week, there will be a Powder Puff Volleyball game Friday, Feb. 18, 2022, at 7:00 PM in the HS Gym. It will be Jr. class boys vs. Sr. class boys. Donations will be accepted at the door and all proceeds will benefit a scholarship to be given in June.

COVID Home Test Distribution Planned For Thursday, February 17th
We have received more COVID-19 home test kits for distribution to our families. We have enough test kits for each student in Pre-K through grade 12 and will have them here for parent pick-up on Thursday, February 17th.
These kits each contain two tests that are designed to be administered at home for the benefit of our school families. If you would like to pick up a test kit for each child from your home who is enrolled here at CVCS, then just plan to drive in to the Fitness Center parking lot at the middle-high school at the following times on Thursday, February 17, 2022, between 10 AM and 12 PM or between 3 PM and 5:30 PM.

The Jamestown Jackals semi-professional team is holding their first exhibition game in our gym at 7 pm on February 24. There is no admission fee. Please come enjoy the game!
To get ready for the 100th day of school on February 15, Mrs. Nelson’s first graders wrote about what life will be like when they are 100 years old. They also had fun with photo filters where they were able to turn themselves into 100 year olds!
REMINDER: Covid-19 Vaccination Clinic will be held Wednesday, February 16, at the SES starting at 2:00 PM. You must register online by midnight TONIGHT if you would like to participate.

Students from Key Club shopped all on their own and purchased goodies to deliver to the teachers at the high school throughout the week. They hand-made Valentines and stayed after school to assemble the gifts.
M/HS Spirit Week - February 14-18, 2022
Cassadaga Valley Central will be hosting a COVID-19 vaccine clinic on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, starting at 2:00 pm. This event will be held at the Sinclairville Elementary School. Please enter through the side door, by the large parking lot, and you will be directed to the location of the clinic.
Anyone who wants a vaccination must be electronically registered by no later than midnight on Monday, February 14. The registration links are below. Please note that the website does not run well in Internet Explorer, any other browsers will work. Anyone who is a minor will be required to have a copy of a signed consent form with him or her. If parents wish to accompany their child to the clinic, please be at the school by 1:45 pm.
